Step 3: THE TENANT
No shortcuts, no matter how good the tenant seems we will still check their references and employment records before confirming our choice with you.
Step 4: YOUR MONEY
Once your tenant pays rent we'll transfer your money on an agreed date each month. We provide monthly and annual statements at no extra cost.
Step 5: ON TRACK
We undertake property inspections every 6 months. During inspections, we record maintenance and property enhancement recommendations.
Step 6: RENT REVIEWS
Prior to the expiration of your tenant's lease, we’ll discuss rental trends and advise about a rent increase. We’ll start the lease renewal processes early to reduce vacancy risks.
